If you've received an email welcoming you to the private beta, you can now download the latest version: Spanning Sync v1.0b3. (If you don't have an active Spanning Sync Beta account, you can download the software but it won't do anything.)
Version 1.0b3 contains some important client-side fixes, but you'll need to reset the client to take advantage of them. To do so, install and run the new version, then click "Reset..." in pref pane, then "Reset info on this computer." You'll have to re-select your calendar pairings afterwards. See the Readme for the full list of fixes included in v1.0b3.
If you registered for the private beta but haven't yet received a welcome email, please be patient. We're adding users to the program in batches, and still have hundreds to go.
If you didn't sign up for the private beta before registration closed, you'll still be able to participate in the public beta. Watch for an announcement on the Spanning Sync Blog soon.

Hey fellas - what if I signed up for the notification way back in the day (before the beta was released), and never got one? I've been waiting hungrily for that email telling me I could be in your batch of beta testers only to find out I never got one and now I'm not in your database??? :-\ Any explanation/help on why that that might be?

We still haven't added all of the people who registered to the private beta yet. We're working our way through the list, adding people as we fix bugs. If you registered, I promise you haven't lost you place in line. (Damon, you're #950 out of 1,300, so just hang in there a little while longer.)
Regards,
Charlie
