We're Thankful for... Problem Reports!
As we head into the holiday weekend here in the States, we continue to find and fix bugs. Google Calendar is having some new intermittent problems which make the process a little more challenging, but we're making progress nonetheless.
Thanks to everyone for the Problem Reports and emails. We expect to release a new beta version next week. At that time we'll once again increase the size of the private beta by granting access to more people who registered.
Until then, Happy Thanksgiving!

PLEEZE expand your beta program guys - PLEEZE! :)
Seriously, this is good news. I can't wait for this app to go gold.

How do I sign up for the beta? I am ready and willing!

I am in no way associated with the Spanning Sync guys, but every time I come to read the blog there are 40 posts about how badly people want to be in on the private beta. No offense to anyone is intended by this message.
Please, have some respect for these guys and stop requesting to be in the beta. They've already explained that they've closed the beta a LONG time ago and you'll be able to test when the public beta comes out.
In all honesty, if you can't even read through the blog and see the numerous mentions of the beta being closed, then how can anyone expect you take testing the software seriously?
Admins are free to delete this. I just wish people would learn to read.

@antadam: I understand your frustration. As a software developer I don't like releasing code that is untested.
To the guys writing the software: This looks to be a really cool and useful product. The problem of people asking to be included in the private beta could be ameliorated by allowing people to put in their email addresses to be notified when the public beta hits the web. Just a thought.

Honestly, it doesn't bother us when people ask to join the beta. On the contrary, we're thrilled that people are interested.
We'll continue to note that the private beta is closed but will be followed immediately by a public beta, which we'll announce on the blog.
Regards,
Charlie
