Thanks to everyone who has joined the Spanning Sync Public Beta. You're giving our new servers a thorough workout and helping us find lots of bugs, which is what the beta is all about.
Many people have sent emails to beta@spanningsync.com and posted about problems they've found in the comments on the blog or on the Spanning Sync Google Group, for which we're thankful. But you can help us even more by using our automated Problem Report system.
If you see a dialog box with a "Report..." button on it, please click that button and give us some information about what you were doing when the error occurred. You can see a short video about how to do this here. When you submit a report this way, we get some great diagnostic information that will help us find and fix the problem you've found much more quickly.
If you find a problem and aren't presented with this dialog box, but are able to log in, please click the "Reset..." button, then "Create report", and email the resulting file, along with a detailed description of what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened, to beta@spanningsync.com.
Since we now have thousands of new users, we've got a pretty big stack of bug reports and questions. Please be patient as we work our way through them.

I am having problem sync my iCal with google calendar. I can pair them up and when I update my iCal I can sync that update to google cal but if I update my google cal the update cannot be syncd to my iCal unless I retype my google account username and password and pair my calendars again. Thanks.
