Apple, Google Named World's Most Innovative Companies

We're huge fans of both Apple and Google, so this morning we were pleased to read that BusinessWeek has ranked Google second on its list of the World's Most Innovative Companies—right behind Apple.

When people ask me what Spanning Sync does, I say, "It syncs Apple iCal with Google Calendar," but some people aren't familiar with those products, or with the concept of synchronization. To those people I can now say, "Spanning Sync combines products from the two most innovative companies in the world into something even more useful." We find that incredibly exciting.

So to our friends at Apple and Google: congratulations, and keep it up!
