Earlier this week Spanning Sync passed the 7,000 paid subscriber mark. As our customer base grows, we want to make sure we continue to provide the level of service our customers have come to expect.
To that end, we're very happy to announce that Peter Koshakji has joined Spanning Sync as our first Customer Support Engineer. Peter has previously held customer support positions at both Apple and Mark/Space, makers of The Missing Sync. His experience supporting Macs in general and Mac sync software in particular makes him perfectly suited to this role, and we feel lucky to have him on our team.
