This Friday Apple will ship Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, and Spanning Sync is ready.
Spanning Sync 3 is fully compatible with Snow Leopard and takes full advantage of its support for 64-bit processing. (And for those of you with an eye for the technical details, the Spanning Sync pref pane is now garbage-collected.)
We've been using Spanning Sync 3 on Snow Leopard for over a month with no issues, as have a number of our users.
Of course, Spanning Sync 3 is also compatible with Leopard. Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" users should continue to use Spanning Sync v2.1.3, available from spanningsync.com/tiger-download.

Nice. I can't wait to get Snow Leopard - mine gets here Tuesday.

I was using Entourage to sync my exchange contacts to the address book and then using spanningsync with google. However, with Snow Leopard, I've ditched Entourage. Unfortunately, however, spanningsync no longer syncs my exchange contacts to google (only the "local" contacts). Am I missing something?

I am having the exact same problem, all my contacts in Google are not gone. What am I missing. I have tried to reset sync services and have told spanning sync to replace all google trying to force, but to no avail. help.

I just upgraded to Snow Leopard and the spanning sync preference pane does not open. I get a popup which says (in italian) "to open spanning sync preference pane you must quit system preferences and reopen it".
I quit system preferences and relaunch spanning sync preferences from the menubar button ("open spanning sync preferences") and I still get the same error message.
worst of all, sync is not working.
can you help me ?

I have the same problem as Stefano. Spanning Sync was working perfectly, then I installed 10.6 -- everything still ok.
Then I opened Spanning Sync (because it was not syncing) with the same result.
Help!

Stefano, Mike-
Please make sure you've upgraded to Spanning Sync v3.0.2 (available at http://spanningsync.com/download). If you already have, you might try an uninstall/reinstall.
If the problem persists, please contact support@spanningsync.com and we'll get it straightened out for you.
Thanks,
Charlie
