Unusual Increase in (Mostly Harmless) Google Errors

Over the last couple of weeks we've seen a marked increase in the numbers of errors we're getting from Google, apparently due to some work they're doing on the internals of Google Apps.

Spanning Sync dutifully reports these errors (as shown here) but in almost all cases the errors are transient and the notifications are more annoying than helpful.

We're working on an update to Spanning Sync that will make notifications for conditions like this unobtrusive. In the mean time, feel free to dismiss these notifications. And as always, if you have any questions or run into any problems please contact us at support@spanningsync.com.

Update: Spanning Sync v3.0.3 fixes this problem and is now available.

Thanks for dealing with this. The popups are really unnecessary - just light up the icon red like in other cases.
