Hello! We have a problem: When we delete an address in the addressbook, spanning sync do not recover the address from google contacts anyhow we have activated "never change google". Google contacts is the master and spanning sync should be only one way sync the contacts, as well the user delete an contact. You have a solution for this problem?

Charlie Wood

You can force all contacts to resync in other of two ways:

1. Spanning Sync > Advanced > Option-Click "Start Over" > Contacts
2. Make some change to the specific contact in Google, then sync

There's no automatic way however to make Spanning Sync replace contacts deleted in Address Book with contacts from Google.

Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any problems.

Thanks,
Charlie
