Hi!, After auto-update Spanning Sync today, it stopped working on a freshly installed Leopard machine. I get the "Could not load Spanning Sync preference pane." pop up.

Was it on a PowerPC-based Mac? We've updated the post above with a note that 3.2 is only compatible with Intel-based Macs. PowerPC users should continue to use v3.1.2 (link above). Sorry for any confusion!

Tried to install 3.2 on MacBook Pro (Intel w/Leopard) and I also got the "Could not load Spanning Sync preferences pane." Please let me know how to fix/recover.

I'm having a real problem with my iMac following my unsuccessful upgrade to v3.2 = you haven't allowed my previous post to be published - what's going on?

Does this mean that PowerPC updates will no longer be available?
For what its worth I downloaded the 3.2 upgrade for Leopard, and received the Intel only message. It took me about an hour but I managed to clean up my calendars afterwards and get 3.1 working again.

OK for now at least, Leopard users should uninstall v3.2 and reinstall v3.1.2 (links in the particle above). We'll take a look and let you know what the final verdict is on Leopard support.
Thanks,
Charlie

So - guys'n gals. I received a request to update on my 10.5 Leopard based machine (PPC). I followed your suggestion to update, and.. right, you guessed it! Now I don't have a working version :-( Any patch/update? The 3.1.2 I downloaded from the site doesn't seem to work either :-( Now, this is something that should NOT happen... Please correct it ASAP. For now I don't seem to be receiving what I pay for.
Cordially,
P.

I'm in the same boat, can't access preferences pane. I understand there are glitches, but I just paid the one time fee and need this to work asap. Please help us out here. Thanks.
